This policy applies to information processed by the app, our customer support, and any related pages or services that reference this policy.

Photos and media you choose to store

• Photos/images of nail designs that you choose to add to the app.
• Related metadata you provide (such as captions, collection names, dates).

Face and biometric note: We do not perform facial recognition and we do not collect biometric identifiers or biometric information for identification purposes.

Location information (with your permission)

If you allow location access, we may collect approximate or precise location information. You can control location permissions in your device settings.

Cookies and similar technologies (when applicable)

If parts of our service are presented in a web view or web-based pages, we may use cookies or similar technologies (which may include web beacons) for login/session management and saving preferences.

3) How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the app (including account access and core features).
• Personalize your experience (for example, remembering preferences and organizing collections).
• Generate statistics you request (for example, days your manicure stays flawless and other app insights).
• Improve the app (debugging, analytics, performance tuning).

4) Optional Automated Processing / AI Features

Some features may offer automated processing of text or images (for example, generating insights from an image or helping organize entries). If you choose to use these features:

• Your uploaded text/images are processed on BrezyFlow’s own servers to provide the requested result.
• We do not share the uploaded text/images with third parties for this processing.
• We do not use your uploaded text/images to train advertising systems or for marketing.
• Processing data is deleted promptly after processing is completed, unless you choose to store the resulting output in the app.
• You control whether to upload content and whether to generate content using these features.

5) How We Share Information

We may disclose information only in limited circumstances and to the minimum extent necessary:

With service providers (processors)

We may share information with trusted vendors who process data on our behalf to help provide and maintain the app (for example, hosting, database services, crash reporting, analytics, and customer support tooling). These providers are required to protect information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

With your consent or at your direction

We may share information when you request or explicitly consent (for example, if you choose to export or share content).

For legal reasons

• Comply with a legal obligation, lawful request, court order, or government demand.
• Investigate or prevent fraud, security incidents, or illegal activity.
• Protect the rights, property, or safety of BrezyFlow, our users, or others.

Business transfers

If we are involved in a business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, consistent with applicable law.

No sale of personal information: We do not sell your personal information.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8) Data Retention

• Account data: retained while your account is active.
• Account deletion: if you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize personal information within 30 days, subject to legal obligations.
• Usage data: retained for up to 12 months.
• Customer support content: retained for up to 6 months.
• Optional automated processing uploads: deleted promptly after processing is completed (unless you choose to store the output).

9) Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and withdraw consent.

App permissions: You can control permissions (such as location) in your device settings. If you disable certain permissions, some features may not work.

10) Third-Party Services

The app may rely on third-party services as service providers (for example, crash reporting or analytics). They may process limited information on our behalf under contract. This policy does not cover third-party products or services that you use independently of BrezyFlow.
